I've made so many changes that I thought this release deserved it's own release number instead of just a revision.

I've made so many changes that I thought this release deserved it's own release number instead of just a revision. Main changes include new link submission system with admin validation, brand new redesigned default admin section with new admin log and info box, e107v4a theme now included as standard (thats the theme I use here on e107.org, so for all the people that email me asking for it, here it is), and a load of other stuff. See the changelog for all the changes. The revision #8 file will update your version to 0.603, as usual just upload the files, overwriting the originals.
